Mike Trier is a Senior Budget Analyst for the Maricopa Community Colleges. He holds B.S. Marketing and MBA Degrees from Arizona State University, and a Masters in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. He is married to a social worker with two daughters still in school. His community service includes volunteer work for the Valley of the United Way, and Horizon Community Learning Center an integrated K-12 Charter School in Phoenix. He is the founding president of Rio Copa Toastmasters Club in Tempe. Athletic interests include rugby, martial arts and circuit training. Academic interests include open source intelligence gathering, economic trends analysis, public speaking, leadership development, P-20 system educational principles and academic transformation. Very interested in exploring the power of informal networks.
